There is a saying that say’s “Paris is always a good idea” But when we found out we would need to take our nine and eight year old with us on a trip of a life time, we were a bit apprehensive. If you are considering taking your kids with you over seas here is what we did EXACTLY and how it worked out!
We took our trip the first of April and despite the chill we had three full of sunshine and only one day of rain. This was considered very lucky in the time we took the trip. Our kids are very active and not picky so if you have younger or more challenges with schedules adjust accordingly but here is what we did down to the eating spots and times to see sights. We only did one full tour (Eiffel skip the line tour with summit access). We we wanted to be able to go at our own pace and that seemed to do wonders for us. We bought Paris Museum Pass for our stay that got is in to all the spots we wanted to. We used Rick Steve’s pocket guide and pinterest for planning purposes.
