Recently, I have had the privilege of starting something pretty exciting. As I have jumped from ballet dancer and dance teacher to a full fledged “stay-at home” mom I have had time to think about the “what next”. To further see what God has placed in store for me.

As far as I can tell we all have only one life to live. I want to make the most of what I’ve been given.

“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough” – Mae West

So I have decided to become a Lifestyle Coach. I help people create and implement the vision they have for their life. It is not just the dreaming of great things but the doing of them. It is now within reach of accomplishing.
Just like the people who push athletes to greatness in sports, life and wellness coaches (myself) push their clients to find success and satisfaction from their lifestyle choices.

I love what I do and am enjoying stepping further into the field of Coaching. It is creating growth for me and I hope everyone finds a lifestyle coach to draw them to there fullest potentials. Creating Exceptional.

According to the International Coach Federation (ICF), a coach develop their clients’ overall strengths and abilities.
As a professional coach, I provide the drive and guidance for my clients to improve their careers, relationships, and lives.

You create the action. I create the motivation and help you strategize by collaborating and asking the right questions that work for your personality and help determine what you want. We remove your own obstacles.

A FIT Lifestyle is the focus I work towards. A lifestyle that is healthy and fit ( A Freeing, Inspiring, Technique)  in all aspects; whether that be your marriage, your family life, your physical well being or your schedule.

So are you ready? Are you ready to create the full, integral life that you were designed for? What’s holding you back?
